How does the warranty on purchased goods work?
The warranty on all purchased products is 2 years. It starts from the delivery of the goods. If you think that a product you have purchased is not working or is not working properly, please contact us. It is possible that we can resolve the problem without the need to return the goods.
What does "products on request" mean?
Due to the large number of products and their variants, it is not always possible to keep them all in stock. These are mostly sensors with a very large force range or with atypical designs. Like other products, on request products can also be ordered via our e-shop. Our colleagues will contact you and inform you about the manufacturing time before issuing an invoice. If the time does not suit you, we will cancel your order free of charge.
What is the ordering process?
Customers select the goods they want and add them to their shopping cart. After entering their contact details, they submit the order. We then check the customer's contact details and the goods they have ordered. If the goods are not in stock, we inform the customer of the possible availability date. Once this has been done, we issue an invoice, which is sent to the customer via automated email. Once the invoice has been paid, we will pack the goods and send them to the delivery address. We then send the customer a link via email to track the shipment.
What is the product parameter configurator for?
Our products, especially the sensors, have several variants. The variants differ from each other by parameter values such as force range or output type. The configurator will help you to find the variant of a particular product that suits you. After selecting all necessary parameter values, the system will find the SKU number of the variant, find out its availability and price.
Why does the price sometimes not match when buying multiple of the same product?
Some product parameters have a dynamic price, which is largely based on the quantity of the same products purchased. These are mainly services. For example, the price of calibration and certification at our service supplier is based on the quantity of products we send them in the order. Therefore, the price for two certified sensors is different than the price for the certification of one sensor multiplied by 2.
Do you also send goods to countries that are not listed?
The simple answer is yes, unless there is an embargo on the delivery country that prohibits the sale of dual-use goods. Our e-shop is based in Slovakia and therefore it is very easy for us to ship within the EU. We know the prices and conditions of shipping. Countries outside the EU, unless they are part of another economic unit or union, mostly have their own conditions or tariffs that can affect the shipping price a lot. If you are interested in buying from our e-shop and the country where you want the goods to be delivered is not listed, please write to us. Our colleagues will find and offer you the most suitable shipping method.
Can I pick up the goods in person?
Yes, as long as you have a way around, you can also come and pick up the goods in person. This delivery option is currently enabled for delivery to Slovakia only. If your address is outside Slovakia, such as the Czech Republic, and you are interested in coming to collect the goods in person, please write to us. We will find a solution.
I am interested in a larger order or regular recurring delivery.
Our e-shop is primarily used for the purchase of a small number of products, although there is no limit on the quantity of goods purchased. However, if you are interested in a larger quantity of products or a regularly recurring delivery, we recommend that you contact us. Our colleagues will communicate with you and create a customized offer, which in some cases may be more advantageous for you.
What if the item is out of stock?
Due to the large number of product variations, some items may be out of stock. In this case, customers can contact us to ask about the restocking date of the product they are interested in. If this date suits them, they can order the goods as normal, as if they were in stock. We will only send the invoice to the customer when the goods are in stock. We recommend that customers always contact us if the product they are interested in is not in stock. In our production planning, we prioritise products that customers are waiting for. If we become aware of your interest in a particular product, we will prioritise its production, meaning you will receive it faster.
