Complaints Procedure & Refund policy

The manufacturer provides a warranty for all purchased products for a period of 24 months from the date of receipt by the customer.

The customer has the right to return products purchased through our e-shop free of charge within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. The purchase price of the product will be refunded to the customer.

If the product stops working due to an internal defect not caused by the customer, the customer has the right to complain about the product.

If the product has been damaged by the customer, the complaint will not be accepted. However, many problematic or damaged products can be repaired. Contact us and we will advise you whether the product can be repaired and what the costs involved are. Repairing a damaged product is sometimes cheaper than buying a new one.
