A universal membrane sensor for general use. It measures tensile or compressive forces acting in the direction of the sensor's axis and is mounted using external threads. Applications include testing and measuring forces on machines, dynamometers and electronic scales. The sensor contains a built-in signal conditioner with current or voltage output.
